Yuba County, CA – On the evening of Saturday, August 1, 2026, a single-vehicle collision resulted in a fatality at 7654 Lakeside Row, according to CHP Fatal.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 9:18 PM.
Authorities said the vehicle went down a hillside and flipped multiple times before coming to rest at the bottom, approximately 20 feet down a ditch. The California Department of Fish and Game was notified and responded to the scene.
The Yuba County Sheriff’s Office was notified to respond in its capacity as coroner. The party was pronounced dead by Dobbins Fire Chief Butler.
