Monterey County, CA – On the morning of Tuesday, June 17, 2026, a collision on Jolon Road resulted in a fatality, according to CHP Fatal.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 10:52 AM in Pine Canyon.
Authorities said CAL FIRE Monterey arrived to find CPR in progress at the scene and immediately requested an air ambulance.
A Ford F-150 with a 10-foot unloaded trailer was involved in the collision. A tow was requested for the vehicle following the conclusion of on-scene proceedings.
