Riverbank, CA – On the morning of Saturday, March 21, 2026, a collision resulted in a fatality at Henry Road and Santa Fe Road, according to CHP Fatal.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 11:41 AM.
Authorities said the crash was a possible partial head-on collision involving two vehicles. An elderly female occupant was found in her vehicle with CPR in progress upon the arrival of San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office units.
The roadway was blocked while emergency personnel attended to the scene. The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office was contacted to respond in its capacity as coroner.
A flatbed tow truck was requested for the vehicles involved. The roadway was reopened at approximately 2:19 PM following the conclusion of on-scene proceedings. The incident was confirmed as a two-vehicle fatality.
