Visalia, CA – On the morning of Saturday, October 4, 2025, a two-vehicle collision claimed one life at the intersection of Road 132 and Avenue 320, according to CHP Fatal.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that the crash occurred around 9:52 AM and involved a black Jeep Wrangler Sport and a red Lexus sedan. Both vehicles came to rest on the right-hand shoulder following the impact.
Emergency crews from Tulare County Fire Department and correctional officer fire units responded quickly to the scene. Reports indicate that three ambulances were dispatched, though the transport destinations of the injured parties remain unconfirmed.
One person died as a result of the collision, while others sustained injuries requiring emergency medical attention. Tow services later removed both damaged vehicles from the area.
All lanes in the vicinity reopened by early afternoon after investigators completed their on-scene assessment. The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate the cause of the fatal crash.
