ATV Crash on Ladd Rd Leaves Rider Unresponsive in Modesto

Modesto, CA – On the evening of Wednesday, April 30, 2025, an ATV collision resulted in serious and possibly fatal injuries to one person, according to CHP Fatal.

The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 8:41 PM near the 2600 block of Ladd Road.

Officials stated that the incident involved two quad vehicles and resulted in one male rider being thrown from a quad. Emergency responders reported that the man was unresponsive at the scene. American Medical Response (AMR) units were dispatched shortly after the crash occurred to provide medical aid.

As of now, the identity and condition of the injured individual have not been released. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision, including whether speed, impairment, or equipment failure may have played a role.
