Folsom, CA – A shocking incident unfolded Tuesday evening, July 16, 2024, when 23-year-old Anders Erickson of Folsom allegedly intentionally struck a motorcyclist with his SUV, according to KCRA.
The collision, which took place around 8:00 PM near the busy intersection of East Bidwell Street and Iron Point Road, was captured on video by a nearby surveillance camera.
According to police reports, officers received multiple emergency calls reporting the crash. The surveillance footage appears to show that the SUV driver chased and deliberately rammed into the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist’s injuries included a broken ankle.
