Fresno, CA – According to KSEE, early Wednesday morning, May 15, 2024, a head-on collision that involved a suspected DUI driver resulted in her and another woman being hospitalized.

Responding swiftly to the call, officers arrived to find a devastating head-on crash between two vehicles.

The collision involved a Honda Accord driven by a woman in her 50s and a Chevy Malibu driven by a woman in her 30s. The woman driving the Honda Accord sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Her current condition remains unknown.

Personal Injury Claims

When the actions of reckless drivers lead to injuries for others, the cost of caring for those injuries should not fall upon their victims. Filing a claim with the insurance provider of the at-fault driver can offer compensation to help cover medical bills and time taken off of work to recover from injuries.

However, insurance companies always have it in their interests to deny or minimize all claims they receive, which is why the help of a knowledgeable personal injury attorney can make all the difference.
