Wrongful Death Claims

After a fatal accident, family members should be aware of wrongful death claims. A wrongful death claim could help surviving family members obtain justice in the form of a monetary award. Liable parties in pedestrian accidents might include multiple parties such as the driver who hit them, or on some occasions, a city or government entity. Sometimes homeowner’s insurance can help. After any serious or fatal injury, always speak to an attorney. A seasoned personal injury attorney can determine which parties are liable.
