Clovis, CA – According to KFSN, on the night of Saturday, March 16, 2024, two cars struck a motorcycle, killing its driver and passenger in Clovis.
The Clovis Police Department reports that the collision took place around 8 PM on Sierra Vista Parkway and Santa Ana Avenue.
As the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Sierra Vista, it was struck by a northbound car attempting a left turn. The collision sent the motorcycle into a second car as well.
Both the driver and passenger of the motorcycle received transportation to a nearby hospital for their injuries. At this time, authorities do not believe driver intoxication to have played a part in the crash.
Personal Injury Claims
After a vehicular accident, in addition to emotional distress, victims and their families can be overwhelmed with the sudden financial burdens of medical bills, loss of income due to recovery time, and, in unfortunate circumstances, burial fees.
The responsibility for these costs should fall upon those responsible for causing these injuries and their insurance provider. However, insurance companies will try to minimize the compensation for any claim they cannot deny, which is why having the help of a skilled personal injury attorney can prove crucial in ensuring justice for victims of vehicular accidents.
