Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Claims
The liability insurance that drivers carry is intended to cover passengers within their vehicle as well as those without. When the actions of a reckless driver result in the death or injury of someone they know personally, it can bring up conflicted feelings within surviving victims or families of the deceased.
Calling upon the services of a personal injury attorney can help by bringing an impartial third party experienced in just these sort of situations. They can relieve victims and their families of this difficult emotional burden and also negotiate with insurance companies to secure proper compensation.
