After being injured in a car accident, victims can file a claim with the insurance provider of the at-fault driver. The compensation provided can help relieve the financial burden of hospital fees and even recover loss of income due to time taken off of work to recover from injuries.
However, insurance companies have the incentive to deny or minimize any claim, which is why the service of a knowledgeable personal injury attorney can prove crucial in securing justice for victims.
