The drivers of both the second and third vehicles stopped and stayed to address the accident. However, the driver of the first fled the scene, and CHP is continuing to look for them. No description of the first vehicle has been made public.

Wrongful death cases arise when a person loses their life due to the negligence or intentional actions of another party. In such instances, families left behind not only endure the profound emotional impact of their loss but also face financial hardships. A wrongful death claim, which can be filed whether or not criminal charges are brought to bear, can assist with these hardships.
