Injuries After a Crash:
After a crash, some insurers may attempt to blame you for a crash. They may attempt to obtain a statement from you. You’re not obligated to provide one. After any crash involving a major injury, speak to an attorney before speaking to an insurance adjuster.
Wrongful Death Claims:
Losing a loved one is a terrible experience. Knowing the crash was preventable makes things that much more painful.
When an accident occurs which results in a fatal injury, some surviving family members are eligible to file what is called a wrongful death claim. This claim may provide financial compensation and is filed by family members to seek some form of justice on behalf of the deceased.
