One person was killed in a fatal car accident that took place on a roadway in Los Banos on Thursday afternoon. Los Banos Police arrived on scene around 3:30 p.m. at 2700 East Pacheco Boulevard on the afternoon of December 7, 2023.
According to reports from Your Central Valley, the accident occurred when two or more vehicles collided with each other in the area. One of the involved vehicles, a small sedan, then struck a fence and a white van. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained severe damages, as well as the fence that was struck.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. One person, who has not yet been formally identified, was tragically pronounced dead on scene. It is not known if anyone else was hurt in the accident.
Los Banos Police officials continue their investigation into the circumstances of the accident at this time.
