Can Bank Of America Home Loans, Mortgage Modification Program Improve In 2010?

With Banking CEOs being called before congress to defend their actions and assess their participation in the financial collapse of the last few years, many homeowners are still looking for aid from companies like Bank of America and despite negative press people are seeking out home loans from Bank of America as well.

Bank of America home loans and homeowners in the making home affordable program may have vastly different views on the banking giant, with homeowners in the making home affordable program beyond angry at the actions of Bank of America’s seemingly unhelpful attitude toward their struggles and potential homeowners looking to Bank of America to provide home loans.

If anything can be taken from the congressional investigation and interviews with the Bank of America CEO, as well as others, it’s that mistakes were made in the past. Admitting these mistakes is one thing but not learning from them is another.

With Bank of America’s new CEO at the helm, many are hoping that he and Bank of America as a whole, will not only turn around the lackluster home loan modification program, but will also allow homebuyers to feel secure in their home loans and feel that a Bank of America home loan comes with a guarantee that they will receive the service and help they need if the time comes.

Numbers from the Making Home Affordable Program for December of last year have yet to be released and they may show Bank of America’s home loan modification program has been successful over the last month, but many homeowners are outraged, confused, exasperated and defeated in their fight for a home loan mortgage modification.

Those seeking Bank of America home loans are doing so because of a low mortgage rate offered presently, but for Bank of America and any other financial institution to climb out of the distain of the public, helping current and future customers will be a must in 2010.
