Bank of America holds the home loan mortgages of millions of homeowners and during the last year or so many of those homeowners have come into financial troubles and are now struggling to make their monthly home loan mortgage payment. The home loan mortgage modification program is set in place to do just that, but with so many homeowners having troubles in the home loan mortgage modification program, ranging from incorrect paperwork to a complete lack of customer service on Bank of America’s part, many homeowners feel that a home loan modification is an impossibility.

While home loan mortgage modifications aren’t impossible, Bank of America should look to homeowners who may be having trouble or may in the future, and seek to refinance their home loan mortgage.

Refinancing home loans for homeowners, while interest rates are low, could adjust many homeowners’ mortgages to a lower payment and make them more affordable for those who are in need.

Anyone who is a customer with Bank of America at the present and is either having a difficult time with their home loan mortgage payments or worries they will in the future, may want to look into refinancing their home loan.

The drawback is, if you have missed a payment or have gone into default you more than likely will not qualify for a home loan mortgage refinance at a low rate. If you are in the home loan modification period then you will have to stay that course, even if it seems to be the more difficult road.

However, if you have suffered a loss or decrease in your income then looking into refinancing you home loan could bring your mortgage payment within your means and ease your financial burden.
