Bank of America (BAC) Home Loan Modification, Is Bank of America Helping?
Bank of America has come under fire in the recent weeks over their lack of participation in the home loan modification program and many homeowners have voiced their problems with the financial giant and will hear nothing good said about the company. Even here at rwbpress.com, angry comments had to be censored when the slightest hint of a pro-Bank of America sentence with typed.
Wondering if all the flack against Bank of America was warranted, the question was asked: Is Bank of America helping its customers and if so, why are so many angry?
The obvious answer to the majority of the anger comes from the aforementioned home loan modification program and the difficulties countless consumers have had. Customer service problems, getting the run-around by those in the loan modification department, and filling out all the mortgage modification paperwork and qualifying on all levels only to be met with a rejection are but a few complaints lodged against Bank of America.
However, credit card troubles have loomed in the company and with the new CEO having arrived there has begun work to repair the loose credit card lending practices the company has been party to.
Small business lending is also said to be on the agenda for Bank of America in the new year, and with a solution to the massive unemployment problem our nation is facing said to be small businesses, Bank of America could be a valuable asset to combat the problem.
Again, it’s understandable that many disapprove of Bank of America, rwbpress.com has written its fair share of articles against the giant lender, but does anyone feel bank of America has been an asset in this trying year?
Is Bank of America destined to stay a villainous institution in many people’s eyes or is there promise in the new year that Bank of America will prosper and aid borrowers more so than in the past?
